As a first time blogger I am finding my way with writing and giving tips on blogging. Here goes...
Tip No 1
Just start and give it a go! I have had a look at a number of blog sites and was confused with the best approach to take but eventually thought that it is best just to get started and see how it goes.
Tip No 2
Read as much info as you can before you start, after you start and whenever you can. The aim is to understand what blogging is about, what other people experience as easy, difficult or challenging and try to get support when you are face difficulties.
Tip No 3
Do not be afraid to click on anything on the blog page, follow any links and try all the options that are available to you. In this way I can have an opportunity to learn more about blogging and apply different approaches to how I use my blog site.
Tip No 4
Make sure that you contribute regularly and that the comments are relevant to what we are learning.
Tip No 5
Try to make the site as interesting as possible, updating information so that visitors to the site will be enticed to read what you have posted.

Hey Anna, love the first tip! With so many different blog platforms out there it can be very confusing and daunting for first timers. You though, are off to a great start :)
ReplyDeleteAnna, yes your tip about getting started is spot on. I find the text a bit small and hard to read. My suggestion for any blogger is to read lots of blogs, comment on lots of blogs and link to lots of blogs. Read, comment, link.
